Industrial Steel Building

Steel structure building uses steel plate or section steel instead of reinforced concrete, which has higher strength and better earthquake resistance. And because the components can be manufactured in the factory and installed on-site, the construction period is greatly shortened.

Agricultural Steel Building

There are three main forms of steel structure application in livestock and poultry houses, one is steel frame plastic greenhouse, the other is steel structure roof truss, and the third is light portal rigid frame. Steel skeleton (generally hot-dip galvanized thin-walled steel pipe skeleton) plastic greenhouses are widely used in the breeding of broilers and piglets due to their low cost, especially common in large-scale farming by farmers. The span can be 7~10m, and the length is determined according to the scale of feeding, generally between 20-80m, the highest point of the vault can be 2.70~2.85m, and a low wall of a certain height can be built under the arch as needed. Steel structure roof trusses are mostly used for masonry load-bearing livestock and poultry house structures, including triangular, three-hinged arches and arches, and are made of thin-walled steel such as round steel or angle steel. The lightweight portal frame has a high cost and is an agricultural building structure suitable for large and medium-sized farms. It is light in weight, large in space, and has a short construction period.

Commercial Steel Building

Steel structure is a structure composed of steel materials and is one of the main types of building structures. The structure is mainly composed of steel beams, steel columns, steel trusses and other components made of section steel and steel plates, and adopts silanization, pure manganese phosphating, washing and drying, galvanizing and other rust and rust prevention processes. The components are usually connected by welding, bolts or rivets. Because of its self-weight and easy construction, it is widely used in large factories, venues, super high-rises and other fields. Steel structures are prone to corrosion and generally require regular maintenance.

Residential Steel Building

The residential steel building uses the steel structure system as the main force-bearing structure system, the supporting peripheral protection system, the equipment pipeline system and the main part of the interior system to adopt the integrated design and construction of the parts (components). Steel structure houses can be divided into "three major systems" and "four major systems" according to their different division methods. According to the basic composition, steel structure houses can be divided into outer protection system, structural support system and inner filling system. According to the system function, it can be divided into four main systems: main structure system, peripheral protection system, built-in system and equipment pipeline system.

Bridge Steel Building

Bridge steel builiding is a bridge built with steel structure. Generally, the overall steel consumption of such a bridge is more than 50%, which is called "large steel structure bridge". Its main body is made of alloy steel, which is assembled and welded after the parts are produced. It is a relatively fashionable new bridge construction method. With the rapid development of urban construction and the increasing maturity and development of steel structure bridge fatigue, welding, vibration, and the design, manufacture, and construction of the upper and lower structures of the bridge, bridge steel builiding have been widely used in railways, highways, highway-rail bridges and Pedestrian bridge.

Metal Building Materials

Generally speaking, the metal building materials are often inversely related to its toughness and weldability. The higher the strength, the lower the strength and the worse the weldability, which is mainly due to the increase in the content of alloying elements. However, with the innovation of the rolling process, the controlled rolling process using the residual heat of rolling has appeared, and the various properties (strength, toughness and weldability) of the controlled rolling steel can be improved at the same time. For example, foreign countries can now produce yield strength up to 500N/ mm2, controlled rolling H-beam with good welding performance.
