Ruwa Bridge is located on Luoyang Binhe Road. The main bridge is 23.7 meters in length, 4.3 meters in width, 1.2 meters in beam height and ≥5 meters in clear height. It has two steps and two box elevators, connecting Luohe Caoyun Cultural Park in the north and Ruwa Village in the south, and crossing Binhe Road.
