Jishui No. 1 middle school is located at Jiyuan Xuanhua Street and Jishui Street interchange, Yugong Square’snorthern neighbor. Built in the 1980s, all teaching buildings and office buildings are brick and concrete structures, with no constructional columns, ring beams, etc., the floor is hollow prefabricated board, and the overall building has no seismic capacity. At the beginning of the New Year of 2021, the Party Working Committee and management Committee of Jiyuan Demonstration Zone organized several consultation meetings with relevant departments to discuss and study the demolition and construction of Jishui No. 1 Middle School. After comprehensive research and judgment, a scientific decision, decided to immediately dismantle, the original site reconstruction.The reconstruction and expansion project of Jishui No.1 Middle School mainly includes a teaching building, administrative building, lecture hall, wind and rain playground, underground garage, outdoor road, greening, water supply and drainage, power supply, heating, and other basic supporting facilities.
The planned construction area is about 51,500 square meters, with a total investment of 196 million yuan. The wind and rain playground is one of them.

This project’s foundation design grade is grade B. Seismic fortification of buildings is class B, seismic grade of the steel frame is level 3, and seismic structural measures are level 3. The seismic grade is three. Fire resistance grade is two above ground and one underground.
Main load, basic wind pressure 0.45KN /㎡, basic snow pressure 0.30KN /㎡. Upper roof dead load 7.0KN /㎡, live load 4.0KN /㎡; No roof dead load 3.5KN /㎡, live load 0.5KN /㎡.
Steel Q235 steel, Q355 steel. When the plate thickness is no less than 40mm, Z-direction steel should be used to prevent laminar tearing. For corrosion-resistant bearing structures, weathering steel shall be used.
